  • Mandatory Orientation Dates (members must *attend JUST 1 of these zoom calls)
    1. Tuesday Feb 8th at 12:00pm CT
    2. Saturday Feb 12th at 1:00pm CT
  • Mandatory Nutrition Workshops (members must *attend JUST 1 of these zoom calls)
    1. Monday, Feb 14th at 1:30pm CT
    2. Friday Feb 18th at 12:00pm CT

*anyone who can not attend one of each mandatory meeting will be required to watch the recording(s) within 48 hours 

Plan Ahead

Weekly Coaching Calls

Every single week you'll have an opportunity to hop on a live call with Adrienne or Marisa, and with small groups inside our accountability club. 

You can also ask questions as soon as they pop into your mind by leaving a comment under each lesson or video, and your coaches will answer you directly! 

In 10 weeks you'll have a minimum of 10 opportunities to meet with us on a live call.

4 Weeks of Food Log Feedback

This is one of the most exceptional features of M6M that helps you figure out which foods and habits are affecting the way you feel and how your body burns fat.

During Phase 3, you'll turn in food logs twice a week—which you can create using any method you choose, and by following a template we provide.

Coach Adrienne will review your logs and send you bi-weekly audio recordings with personalized tips to adjust your habits and increase your results!
