We provide you with the M6M Food Guide—complete with food lists, intermittent fasting guide, shopping lists, the M6M eCookbook, and shortcuts to make this lifestyle easier to adopt—and we go through it all together in our live Nutrition Workshop, + educational videos, and so much more.

You’re introduced to the M6M Diet in three phases so you won’t feel too overwhelmed or pressured to do things perfectly. We provide you with an M6M calendar so you can plan ahead for each date, and feel confident as you prepare for each step ahead.

Tweak and Optimize M6M to fit your unique circumstances.

We know your body is unique, and your lifestyle adds more complexity to your needs. That’s why M6M is not a cookie-cutter program. Certified Coaches Adrienne and Marisa help you understand how to tweak your M6M habits to better suit your goals and your body.

During phase 3, you’ll be logging what you eat (no calorie counting here!), when you exercise (exercise is optional), how you’re sleeping, and how you feel. Coach Adrienne helps you review your food journal so you can decide where to direct your attention or come up with an experiment to take your results to the next level.

From the start, you’ll be joining us on group coaching calls and workshops that help you get 1:1 connections with your coaches and fellow members. Gain confidence with these interpersonal interactions, and comment below any of the video recordings to get your questions answered throughout the program.

During phase 3, you’ll join our “M6M Accountability Club” (MAC), an exclusive Facebook group where your sense of community reaches new heights. MAC is solely for women, like you, who’ve completed the M6M program, and who strive to continue applying what they’ve learned and customize it for their ever-changing needs.

With live educational videos, led by coach Marisa, we help you understand key nutrition principles that will boost your results and confidence when deciding which foods to buy, which to eat more or less of, and WHY you'd want to make these changes in the first place.

 

Live education happens every week and the recordings live inside the M6M learning center to watch at your convenience and comment to ask questions throughout. We provide you with M6M checklists and worksheets to help personalize your program, overcome situational barriers at home or work, and to track your progress and stay motivated!

2 Expert Health & Nutrition Coaches

 

The experienced guidance you need to feel reassured, steer your ship with confidence, get your questions answered, and to cheer you on.

In a small group of 20 people, and with 2 expert coaches, you'll get plenty of 1-on-1 attention and guidance along the way. Meet with M6M's founder, Coach Adrienne Hanover, to start the program with a 1:1 coaching call to discuss your goals, challenges, excitement and more. 
 
Each week you'll have 1:1 opportunities—on live educational calls with board-certified health coach Marisa Moon—to ask questions and gain clarity while implementing what you've learned.

Midway through the program, hop on semi-private coaching calls with Marisa where you'll get more dedicated 1:1 time to troubleshoot, tweak, and celebrate your efforts.

 

During phase 3, the final 4 weeks of M6M, you get twice weekly personalized coaching, from Coach Adrienne, to review your weekly food logs and strategize to overcome challenges and boost your results.
