- Start buying less packaged foods, and buy more foods made with fewer total ingredients. - Avoid glyphosate/round-up grains like conventional wheat, corn, barley, rye and even oats. Try Whole30, AIP, GAPS, Low FODMAP, and Paleo. - Determine your personal threshold for carbohydrates and prebiotic, fibrous foods. A low carb and or a Low FODMAP diet starves any overgrown bacterial populations in your gut to help you achieve a balance again. - There are several ways to practice Intermittent Fasting. We recommend a light version of where you eat for 12 hours and then you don’t eat for 12 hours (think 8pm to 8am).
