In 2013, I went to culinary school just for fun...that's how much I love food.
Intermittent fasting changed my life because, although it sounded a little crazy at first, it immediately provided me with higher energy I so desperately wanted. I was able to effortlessly achieve and maintain a healthy weight, without exercise, and I could finally be less rigid with my diet.
In 2017, I noticed how other people were struggling to stick to intermittent fasting using the popular I.F. methods out there, which is why I started teaching my flexible intermittent fasting approach that works.
Good news is, you don't have to fast for 36 hours at a time to lose the excess weight (thank God!), nor do you have to eat a zero-carb, no-fruit, "Keto" diet...
...it's much simpler than that.
